Terence J. Cryan Terence J. Cryan

Chairman of the Board

Terence J. Cryan has over 30 years of international business experience based in both the United States and Europe. He currently serves as Director and Chairman of the board of Ocean Power Technologies Corporation (OPTT).

Mr. Cryan served as President, CEO and Director of Global Power Equipment Group Inc. (GLPW) from 2015 to 2017 and is prior Chairman and a Director of Uranium Resources, Inc., now known as Westwater Resources, Inc. He currently serves as Director and Chairman of the board of Ocean Power Technologies Corporation (OPTT). Until March 2015, he served as Managing Director of Concert Energy Partners, a New York City-based investment and private equity firm focused on the energy and natural resources industry that he co-founded in 2001. From September 2011 through April 2012, he served as interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Uranium Resources Inc. He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Medical Acoustics LLC from 2007 through 2010. Prior to 2001, Mr. Cryan was a Senior Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division at Bear Stearns.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Cryan served as Managing Director and global head of the Energy & Natural Resources Industry Group and member of the Investment Banking Operating Committee at Paine Webber. Mr. Cryan joined Paine Webber following its acquisition of Kidder, Peabody in 1994. Mr. Cryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Tufts University and a Master of Science degree in Economics from The London School of Economics. Mr. Cryan has also served as an adjunct professor at the Metropolitan College of New York Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Cryan has significant experience serving on the boards of both public and private companies and has chaired all of the standing board committees (including serving as chairman of the board) at least twice in his career. During the past five years, Mr. Cryan served as a director of the following publically traded companies: Global Power Equipment Group Inc. (January 2008 to July 2017), Uranium Resources, Inc. (October 2006 to March 2016), Superior Drilling Products Incorporated (June 2014 to December 2016) and Gryphon Gold Corporation (August 2009 to December 2012). In January 2015, Mr. Cryan was named a National Association of Corporate Directors Board Leadership Fellow, one of the highest levels of credentialing for corporate directors and corporate governance professionals.

Christopher M. Jones Christopher M. Jones

President and Chief Executive Officer

Christopher M. Jones joined Westwater Resources as President and Chief Executive Officer in April 2013. Mr. Jones has more than 30 years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility in senior management as CEO and in operational leadership roles in the mining and energy industries. He was most recently President and CEO of Wildcat Silver Corporation, where his team effectively doubled the size of the resource twice using proven metallurgical technologies. Prior to that, he was the Chief Operating Officer and the Mining General Manger at Albian Sands Energy, where he led the post start-up, stabilization, and optimization of the Muskeg River Mine in Alberta. Mr. Jones also held management positions at RAG Coal West Inc., Phelps Dodge Sierrita Corp. and Cyprus Amax Coal Company. He is a member of the American Institute of Mining, Metallurgical, and Petroleum Engineers and is a Professional Engineer registered in Utah and Alberta. Mr. Jones received a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering at the South Dakota School of Mines and an MBA from Colorado State University.

Marvin K Kaiser Marvin K. Kaiser

Director

Marvin K. Kaiser has served as a director since July 12, 2007. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Kaiser retired from The Doe Run Company, a privately held natural resources company and the largest integrated lead producer in the Western Hemisphere, where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to his thirteen years with Doe Run, Mr. Kaiser held the positions of Chief Financial Officer for Amax Gold, Olympic Mining Corporation and Ranchers Exploration at various times over a 24-year period. Mr. Kaiser graduated from Southern Illinois University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Tracy D Pagliara Tracy D. Pagliara

Director

Tracy D. Pagliara serves as President and CEO of Global Power Equipment Group Inc., a publicly traded provider of engineered products and services to the power, energy and process industries. Prior to joining Global Power in April 2010, Mr. Pagliara served as the Chief Legal Officer of Gardner Denver, Inc., a leading global manufacturer of highly engineered compressors, blowers, pumps and other fluid transfer equipment, from August 2000 through August 2008. He also had responsibility for other roles during his tenure with Gardner Denver, including Vice President of Administration, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary.

Prior to joining Gardner Denver, Mr. Pagliara held positions of increasing responsibility in the legal departments of Verizon Communications/GTE Corporation from August 1996 to August 2000 and Kellwood Company from May 1993 to August 1996, ultimately serving in the role of Assistant General Counsel for each company. Mr. Pagliara has a B.S. in Accounting and a J.D. from the University of Illinois. He is a member of the Missouri and Illinois State Bars and a Certified Public Accountant.

Patrick N Burke Patrick N. Burke

Director

Patrick N. Burke has served as a director since March 2016. Mr. Burke serves as a director for ASX listed ATC Alloys Limited (formerly Hazelwood Resources Limited), and has acted as a Director for a number of ASX and AIM listed small to mid-cap resources companies over the past ten years.  Mr. Burke holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Western Australia and has extensive legal and corporate advisory experience developed over more than twenty-two years working in law firms, corporate advisory firms and with various companies.  Mr. Burke’s legal expertise in corporate, commercial and securities law and his fulsome experience as a director at other companies over the past decade enable him to provide counsel to the Company on strategic planning, corporate governance, potential capital raising and mergers and acquisitions.
